America's political cancer and the patriotic cure

"[W]hat's really going on" -- domestic-and-international lawbreaking and harm being committed by our federal leaders and their corporate/wealthy/religious clients, all hidden from us or disguised as goodness by our advertising/PR and media industries (The Persuaders) -- is the political cancer violating our Constitution to its core.
 
A mass "revolt" of good citizenship by a morally outraged American public is the patriotic cure required and legalized by the first sentence of our Constitution:  "We, the People... provide for the common defence" of America including against the enemy within and its persuasion machine.

The CANCER

"Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty" -- Thomas Jefferson.

Today we pay the price for not being vigilant:

America's most dangerous threat, a Homeland Enemy foreseen by our nation's founders and so feared they wrote defensive protections into our Constitution to nip-it-in-the-bud (separation of powers, separation of church and state, trial by jury where We the People judge the law itself as a direct citizen check on unjust and dangerous power), began to materialize around 1980: in massive disregard for our Constitution, America's wealth and power -- executive/legislative/judicial federal powers, wealth-corporate power, Christian-Right religious power, mass-media power -- consolidated into an unbridled right-wing state power, subverted our government of, by, and for We the People into a government of, by, and for Consolidated Wealth and Power, and went berserk. They violate every national goal, national responsibility, and American value listed in the first sentence of our Constitution, the Preamble, as well as Article 1, Article 2, Article 6, separation of powers, and separation of church and state; their violations of our Bill of Rights are minor infractions in comparison. On a massive scale they exploit and inflict harm both here and abroad. Although the world out there sees all this, America doesn't because our press/radio/TV/film industries spin-and-hide all this truth to protect and serve the Homeland Enemy.

Follow this single thread of political cancer, this one thread of basic history. From 1979, and financed with taxpayer dollars for seventeen years, the Homeland Enemy recruited, armed, and trained a militant Islamic jihad force into their proxy military weapon which they used against Russians in Afghanistan in the 1980s and against Serbs in Yugoslavia in the 1990s (covertly they lured Russia into Afghanistan to create a "Vietnam quagmire" for Russia; covertly they initiated Federation-of-Yugoslavia conflict to privatize its natural resources and state assets into foreign corporate ownership). They persuaded Saudi Arabia to match US funding. In the 1980s our 2001-2004 Vice President, National Security Advisor, Secretary of State, and Deputy Secretary of State helped to develop and operate that jihad proxy weapon for Afghanistan: they ran the CIA operation that recruited Muslim fighters from throughout the world, armed them, and trained them how to carry out guerrilla warfare and terrorist attacks. The CIA oversaw training of 100,000 Islamic fighters at camps in Pakistan, and trained their leaders at the CIA's Camp Perry in Virginia. Christian-Right groups had a biblical checklist by which they judged Senators and Congressmen. An item: "support for the Afghan 'freedom fighters.'" The political pressure: support us, including training al-Qaeda with US tax dollars, or you don't deserve to be in Congress. Working together, America and Saudi Arabia altered the former moderate Islam of Afghanistan and Pakistan into a militant Islam: America printed textbooks filled with militant Islamic teachings and provided them to Afghan schoolchildren; Saudi Arabia opened and ran madrassas, militant-Islam religious schools. In this way America and Saudi Arabia conceived, gave birth to, and raised al-Qaeda and the Taliban. When the White House and Congress no longer needed Islamic jihad services, they abandoned their proxy weapon. Recruited fighters returned home and spread throughout the Muslim world the military skills, and religious fervor, that America and Saudi Arabia taught them: guerrilla warfare and terrorism, wielded by militant Islam. The American/Saudi throw-away weapon stayed alive, tentacled worldwide and grew in size, became more sophisticated and lethal, and wanting justice for having been used as cannon fodder for Cold-War and free-market aims predictably redirected itself at its creators and their allies. On 9/11 it aimed and fired itself at America. Saudi Arabia is a target also. So are American and Saudi allies worldwide. The "War on Terror," the response to 9/11, is a war on the Islamic-jihad proxy military weapon that America and Saudi Arabia -- White House and Congress and Christian Right, Saudi royalty and Wahabiism (Wahabiism is the Islamic equivalent of the US Christian Right) -- jointly developed a quarter-century ago, operated for one-and-a-half decades, and funded with billions of US tax dollars and with billions of Saudi petro-dollars that Americans gave at the gas pump.

Immediately after 9/11, under political cover of their "War on Terror," the Homeland Enemy began to exploit 9/11 horror and fear:

• To expand and launch their war on Afghanistan they began to plan months before 9/11. The war's pre-9/11 goal -- the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan (TAP) pipeline to supply India, also known as the Trans Afghan Pipeline -- is proceeding. In the 1990s American energy firms opened offices in Delhi in anticipation of India's multi-billion dollar market for TAP natural gas. Afghanistan's new president, as well as America's ambassador to Afghanistan, have long been allied with Texas energy corporations. Several thousand US troops those US business interests and their two key representatives in Afghanistan.

• To launch their war on Iraq they began to plan in 1992. A well-documented goal of the Bush administration since day one has been to privatize and loot Iraq's oil resources and numerous other national assets (Moving the Iraqi Economy from Recovery to Sustainable Growth, EOs & UNRs, Adventure Capitalism, The Great Iraq Heist, Ambitions of Empire). They use "perception management" (The Lie Factory, The Persuaders) to deceive our public and military into believing the war on Iraq is defending America and delivering the gift of democracy to Iraq. Take oil. In 1972 Iraq nationalized its oil resources in order to benefit from its own natural wealth, kicked out US and UK oil companies for not playing fair, and allowed oil companies from other countries to stay. After the 1990-1991 Gulf War, UN sanctions and illegal US/UK no-fly-zone bombing prevented Iraq's oil development and kept the country weak, and almost right up to the March 2003 Iraq invasion the US steadily purchased large percentages of Iraq's annual oil output from third-party merchants. In early 2001 international plans, opposed by the US, were underway to lift UN sanctions that would allow Iraq's oil development. Foreign oil companies were poised to benefit. But due to the long history of the US and UK exploiting Iraq and inflicting harm on Iraq, Iraq locked US and UK oil companies out of Iraq. Our Vice President's energy task force, which included US oil-company executives, were concerned about Iraq's oil falling into the hands of foreign oil companies. "The U.S. majors stand to lose if Saddam makes a deal with the U.N. (on lifting sanctions)," noted a report by Germany's Deutsche Bank in October 2002. During the March 2003 invasion, the first mission of our troops was to seize Iraq's oil fields and Oil Ministry. The long-planned privatizing and plundering of Iraq's other national assets into foreign ownership including about 200 state-owned enterprises ranging from water services, electric utilities, schools, hospitals, television and newspapers, factories, farms, telecommunications, publishing, transportation systems, to prisons -- with World Bank and IMF assistance similar to how Yugoslavia and Argentina were privatized and plundered by foreign corporations and wealth -- is a whole other story. So far during this premeditated armed heist, America directly and indirectly killed 100,000 Iraqi civilians including women and children mostly from air strikes and artillery including by cluster-bombing (Study puts civilian death toll in Iraq at over 100,000, Pentagon suppresses reports of civilian casualties, US kills those who dare count the dead), wounded and maimed many thousands more, poisoned Iraqi towns and cities with radioactive dust from more than 1000 tons of depleted-uranium munitions that will cause radiation illness in citizens as well as birth deformities in newborn for generations, and tortured Iraqi civilians including females and adolescents some by sexual molestation and to death (torture was pre-approved by the White House a year before the shock-and-awe invasion). The war on Iraq is a scaled-up globalized version of a bank robbery where armed thieves bust in, brutally mow people down, shoot up the place, and take their time to empty the vaults. The bad guys: the White House, Congress, and their wealth-corporate and Christian-Right clients (see below). The lookout and getaway car: America's news and entertainment media. The "rebels" and "insurgents," what England called our American-Revolution guerilla freedom fighters in 1776, consist of Iraqi citizens violently resisting US domination and plunder. Rightfully so. American citizens, especially our millions of well-armed NRA members, would do exactly the same to any foreign army violating America as horrifically as we are violating Iraq. "Handover of power to Iraq," "sovereignty for Iraq," "democracy in Iraq," and "free elections in Iraq" are fictions designed to obscure the reality of Iraq: the US is constructing 14 military bases and a huge US embassy complex, from where it will pull strings to control the US-puppet government to its liking, including to permit only a pro-US mass media to prevent a real democracy from forming that would vote the US out. Iraq's National Foundation Congress that formed in December 2003 and represents the full range of Iraq's citizens -- Iraq's equivalent of America's Continental Congress during the American Revolution -- operates behind the scenes, separate from the US-puppet government that our troops protect from being killed off by the citizen resistance, and quietly plans the democratic future of their nation. • To strengthen support from their Christian-Right base. The religion of the Christian Right, born-again Christian Zionism, is a new brand of Christianity that emerged a century after 1776 and was not the religion of our nation's founders. Christian Zionists see Middle-East conflict as "necessary according to [Biblical] prophecy" in which war on Iraq is just a warm-up act. The more Iraqis killed the better (REFERENCE). Besides supporting Israeli territorial expansion and Israeli oppression of Palestinians necessary to fulfill the prophecy they see in the Book of Revelations, Christian Zionists yearn for Iraq to become the New Babylon in a Biblical chain of events leading to "end times" in which all the world's non-Christians gruesomely perish. The political process works like this: the more unjustly America treats Iraq and its citizens, the more votes the Christian Right delivers to political candidates who will expend federal money and US troops to fast-track their Apocalypse. The ebook below explains, including how our federal treasury has contributed about $2 trillion to this Christian-Zionist cause over the years, about 30% of our federal debt, which costs taxpayers about $100 billion a year in federal-debt interest payments).

• To escalate their Reverse Robin Hooding of America: the stealthy transfer of wealth from the poor and middle-class to large corporations and the rich. They do it through an increasingly regressive federal tax system (including future elimination of taxes on investment income such as interest/dividend income and capital gains; the plan is for only wages and salaries to be taxed), massive legalized tax cheating by the well-off (currently forcing the rest of us to pay 15% more in federal income taxes, $300 billion a year, to make up the difference), unjust financial-industry practices that burden many citizens with investment loss and consumer debt, deregulation and consolidation of energy corporations which drive up electricity and gas prices, more 'borrowing' from Social Security and Medicare and Veterans trust funds to pay for tax cuts for the rich and for subsidies and tax rebates to large corporations (so far trillions of dollars have been 'borrowed' from our trust funds with no intention to ever repay), future privatization of Social Security and Medicare to further enrich the financial and healthcare industries at the expense of most citizens, and through other wealth-transfer methods kept hidden from the public.

• To step up their deregulation of Corporate America and their un-enforcement and weakening of public-safety laws, which causes more unnecessary death of American citizens. Their aggressive assaults on environmental safety, food safety, prescription-drug safety, automobile safety, workplace safety, and affordability of healthcare today kill more than 50,000 citizens in America each year -- far more than terrorists do -- and at a much higher rate than Saddam killed Iraqis.

• To flip 9/11 from a liability into a lucrative new asset: the fear-fed Terror-Defense Gold Mine. The War-on-Terror has made the "evildoers" more numerous and stronger, which requires more War on Terror. Financially this is very good for our War-on-Terror industries, our defense and homeland-security industries that operate with very high profit margins, industries that earn the Homeland Enemy vast sums of money from taxpayers. Nothing is too pricey if we think it keeps us safe. Such as the worldwide missile-defense shield now being rushed into deployment -- which can't work against terrorists because they don't use ballistic missiles, and according to test results and aerospace experts it won't work against ballistic missiles either -- has long been intended as a foot-in-the-door stepping stone toward the envisioned system of orbital attack weapons to dominate and zap our enemies from outer space: "Space-based global precision strike capability," describes US Space Command. Space Command's motto? "In your face from outer space." Yes, this is for real, and just watch them manufacture the massive fear needed to secure the massive funding. In FY 2003 Homeland Security spent $30 billion, more than twice what NASA spent. In FY 2001 Defense spent $330 billion and in FY 2004 budgeted $550 billion, a yearly boost averaging more than the Education budget for FY 2004. These vast expenses are overhead expenses, not investments in America's infrastructure or in America's people. Financially this very bad for citizens. "We, the People" have to pay for these expenses with higher federal taxes. Not now. But in the future due the Homeland Enemy's fiscal policy: "Buy it all on credit so that we can get away with massive spending without having to raise taxes. Citizens years from now will pay for it; it's their problem, not our problem." Our new generations, our posterity, will pay for today's defense and homeland-security spending sprees after national-debt interest expenses hugely inflate the amounts owed. Due to the Reverse-Robin-Hooding effect, poor and middle-class citizens of the future will be burdened with a higher and higher share of today's War-on-Terror expenses. For the executives and shareholders of our defense and homeland-security industries, who will pay less and less of their fair share due to the trickle-up tax system they bought with lavish campaign contributions, their "War on Terror" is a gold mine.

• And so on: see the ebook below.

The Homeland Enemy's advertising-and-PR team developed resonating slogans: the war on Iraq is a "Remember 9/11," "Support Our Troops" with "American Pride," "War on Terror" "For a Safer America." Which are repeated endlessly by their national mass-media team and imbedded in our entertainment. That nationwide "perception management" provides superb political cover for their wars on weak nations whose natural resources and public-owned assets they covet, and for their war on America.

During their "War on Terror" the Homeland Enemy commits armed robbery of Iraq, robbery of lower and middle class Americans, and robbery of our posterity (see above). For each of these robberies, America's press is the lookout and getaway car.

Instead of exposing this political cancer so that "We, the People" can eradicate it, our media hide and protect and nurture the cancer.

What parts of our Constitution does this one thread of cancer violate?

• Article 2, separation of powers. Article 2 intends that "We, the People" vote for the President. In December 2000, the Supreme Court did not permit Florida's "We, the People" to vote for the President: by stopping a full count of the votes, the Supreme Court voted the President into office. In doing so, judicial power consolidated with the executive power it installed. Had the Supreme Court carried out the spirit of Article 2 and separation of powers, America and the world would be safer and nicer places today.

• Preamble. By conceiving, giving birth to, and raising the Islamic-jihad proxy military weapon that struck America on 9/11 -- and by mistreating the world in ways that fuel justifiable hatred of America which could lead to more deadly attacks on America -- the Homeland Enemy violates the "provide for the common defence" provision our Constitution.

• Article 1. Congress did not declare war on Afghanistan or Iraq. If a war is not declared by Congress, it is illegal under Article 1.

• Separation of powers. The executive and legislative branches of our federal government functioned as one consolidated federal power to plan, promote, initiate, and conduct undeclared wars on Afghanistan and Iraq. And to crush vigilant dissent against those wars.

• Article 6. It specifies, "This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land." The Geneva Conventions, UN Charter, and Nuremberg Charter are supreme Law of the Land because they are treaties signed by America. The Homeland Enemy violated those treaties, which are international law, and thus violated Article 6. In February 2002 President Bush wrote, "...I have the authority to suspend Geneva [conventions]...," which traveled down the chain of command to troops and mercenaries who inflicted torture in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Guantanamo. The UN Charter specifies that "the parties to any dispute ... shall, first of all, seek a solution by negotiation," but President Bush refused all the many earnest offers for negotiated solutions for Afghanistan and Iraq. The UN Charter forbids countries to wage war except 1) in self-defense in response to armed attack, or 2) when authorized by the UN Security Council to preserve or restore international peace. Our wars on Afghanistan and Iraq 1) were not in response to armed attack by either nation on America, and 2) were not authorized by the UN Security Council, therefore both wars are illegal under the UN Charter. If a war fails to meet those two specific UN criteria, then it is an unlawful act of aggression defined and condemned by the Nuremberg Charter as "the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole." The Nuremberg Charter states: "The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under; international law: a.Crimes against peace: i.Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; ii.Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i)." The White House and Congress committed (i) and (ii) and thus committed the "the supreme international [war] crime." Furthermore under the Nuremberg Charter, complicity in a war crime is itself a war crime. The fact that a person was following the orders of a government does not absolve that person of responsibility for committing a war crime. Therefore all Americans involved with the war on Iraq -- from White-House and Congressional leaders on down to those releasing bombs and missiles and pulling the trigger and torturing in Iraq, to those bulldozing down homes and crops and destroying power plants and communications and water supplies and community hospitals in Iraq, to those building the fourteen permanent US military bases in Iraq, to those working in the huge new US-Embassy complex in Iraq which long after 'handover of power' and 'establishment of democracy' will continue to control the economic affairs of Iraq and direct the oil-and-asset looting of Iraq in accordance with President Bush's pre-war blueprint for Iraq's plunder (Adventure Capitalism, The Great Iraq Heist, Ambitions of Empire) while protected by US troops from the wrath of resisting Iraqi citizens -- committed war crimes and violated Article 6. Also violated: the Preamble's "establish Justice" and "provide for the common defence" and "promote the general Welfare" provisions (see above and below), Article 1 because they waged war without Congress declaring war (see above), the religious-test provision of Article 6 (see below), the US War Crimes Act.

• Article 6, separation of church and state. Article 6 stipulates, "no religious Test shall ever be required as a Qualification to any Office or public Trust under the United States." Therefore in conjunction with separation of church and state it is illegal for anyone in federal/state/local public service to use religion to qualify, or to allow religion to influence, any decision or action made during performance of public duty including during military service. It is forbidden to merge "God" and "Country" into "God and Country." Nowhere is this made more clear than by this supreme Law of the Land, the 1797 Treaty of Tripoli: "[T]he government of the United States of America is not in any sense founded on the Christian religion" (1797 Treaty of Tripoli). During the Reagan administration, the Christian Right successfully lobbied the White House and Congress to recruit and train and fund the Islamic-jihad proxy military weapon that struck America on 9/11. The Christian Right campaigned for war on Iraq and today they pressure for more unrest and war in the Middle East to help speed up arrival of their "end times" -- "the invasion of Iraq for them was a warm-up act" (REFERENCE) -- which may produce even more fatal backlash at America. The Christian Right delivers millions of votes to candidates who show promise of delivering Middle-East conflict. Infiltration of the Christian-Right into our federal government, and into our military, has succeeded beyond their wildest dreams. Their religion, born-again Christian Zionism, today guides our Middle-East foreign policy including the war on Iraq (Their beliefs are bonkers, but they are at the heart of power). Many in the executive and legislative and judicial branches of our federal government, when performing their public duties, are guided by that religion which is dangerously at odds with our Constitution. The Christian-Right executive branch and Christian-Right legislative branch now routinely use Christian-Right religious tests to select and install Christian-Right federal judges to create a Christian-Right judiciary, and thus collaborate as a team toward establishing a Christian-Right federal government. As the White House and Congress violate Article 6 and separation of church and state in these ways, they also violate separation of powers. The Framers were wise to insist on "no religious Test[s]," separation of church and state, and separation of powers, all vital to safeguard the America of the future.

• Preamble. Waging unjust wars that harmfully backlash against America, Reverse Robin Hooding our citizens, generating huge federal overhead expenses that force cuts in infrastructure-and-social investment spending, burying our posterity in debt, and civic irresponsibility that kills more than 50,000 Americans a year violate the "establish Justice" and "promote the general Welfare" goals of our Constitution.

• Preamble, Article 1, Article 2: "We, the People" are the government of America and supreme power in America. "We, the People" are supposed to have representative government. "We, the People" are supposed to have democratic processes including full and truthful informing of the electorate by our mass media, open public discourse of all issues, free entry of good candidates and new political parties, truly democratic elections, full public oversight of ballot counting to prevent fraud, and unrestricted vigilant dissent. These are key elements of "American democracy." But the Homeland Enemy took over our country and removed all of these elements. For example: instead of representing "We, the People," today's White House and Congress primarily represent wealthy and corporate clients who supply huge sums of campaign contributions to get them elected and re-elected, and Christian-Right clients who supply a huge block of votes to get them elected and re-elected; today we have a political monopoly, one single Consolidated Wealth and Power Party with Republican and Democrat flavors, that with assistance from today's mass media systematically attack and block entry of any good candidates and any new political party who would live and breathe our Constitution. Also, the Homeland Enemy manipulates our public mind to divide-and-conquer us: to turn us from a united and cooperative citizenry, into a polarized and divisive citizenry that competes and fights with itself to such a degree we cannot perceive or carry out the real American values or the real American democracy in our Constitution. Which violates the "insure domestic Tranquility" provision of the Preamble as well as the concept of a "United" States of America. If "We, the People" were still in charge -- that is, if the Preamble and Articles 1 and 2 were lived up to, if real "American democracy" was still allowed in public education and in the news and in politics and government -- then 9/11, Afghanistan, and Iraq would have been prevented. And the Reverse Robin Hooding of America, the looting of our posterity, and needless large-scale death of citizens here would not be happening.

Instead of exposing these violations of our Constitution, our press hides them.

Once our voice of freedom, today our press is a dangerous accomplice in the theft of our democracy.

If our country still had "Justice For All" -- instead of justice only for those who commit far lesser crimes such as possession of crack or gunning down dozens of people during a million-dollar bank heist -- then many at the top of the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of our federal government would be tried and punished by "We, the People" for Constitutional offenses far worse than treason.

The Homeland Enemy -- today's strain of the ancient wealth-and-power disease whose dangers and methods the founders of our nation understood and feared over two centuries ago -- during the past quarter-century took control of our federal government and mass media and our public mind. They rob us blind, rob our posterity blind, roll back our safety and well-being, and violate our Constitution to its core. But we can't tell. Because through advertising and PR and biased journalism (The Persuaders) they manipulate our perceptions, warp our reasoning, corrupt our humanity, twist our sense of right-and-wrong, erase understanding of our Constitution and American values and American democracy from our minds, and herd us to think and act un-American like they do.

That Homeland Enemy, the enemy within, is worse in character and more harmful to our well-being than the Enemy of 1776.

The mass revolt of good citizenship needed to overcome the enemy, and to heal the many deep wounds they inflict, are explained in the CURE and ebook below.

The CURE

Even a Senator knew the cure: "If the American public knew what's really going on, they'd revolt."

Our Constitution, in its first sentence, requires that revolt against the Homeland Enemy: "We, the People" -- the government of America, the supreme power in America -- "provide for the common defence" of America including against the enemy within that's destroying our democracy, justice, civic unity and cooperation toward the common good, national security, general welfare, and liberty.

Our DNA would drive the revolt: Moral disgust in response to corruption, moral outrage set off by unfairness and mistreatment, the inner urge to cooperate to serve common well-being -- the very same natural human emotions and instinctive community behavior that ignited and united Colonial Americans to revolt in 1776 -- are embedded in our genes for survival of our species (modern science is verifying this). These primordial urges for justice, today tricked into slumber by the Homeland Enemy, can be awakened and unleashed.

This public-domain ebook -- How to Take Back America from the Homeland Enemy -- warns the public about what's really going on, and informs how to revolt in a way that would delight the souls of our nation's founders.

It explains America's core problem, our political cancer: how the Homeland Enemy hugely violates American law and international law, how they exploit and hurt America and weaker nations on a massive scale, how they manipulate the American public to be oblivious, how they sway us to assist and celebrate their lawbreaking and harm and to accept the hurt they inflict on us. The long range four-element plan shows how to carry out the solution, the long overdue citizen revolt the Senator could see coming, the patriotic cure: HOW to neutralize the Homeland Enemy, HOW to reform our media back into our voice of freedom, HOW to restore our Constitution's "America" to America.

The cure -- the mass revolt of good citizenship to carry out the long range four-element plan -- is sensible, principled, and doable like our Declaration of Independence and first American Revolution.

The cure is a New American Revolution against a recently-formed Homeland Enemy that's more unjust and deadlier than the Enemy of 1776.

The cure is legal. It is authorized by our Constitution: "We, the People ... provide for the common defence" including against the enemy within. Our Constitution empowers us: "We, the People" are the government of America and supreme power in America.

The cure is a bloodless version of the revolt of 1776. It would be a long-overdue, major maintenance and tune-up of our democracy.

The cure is the patriotic duty of all Americans, especially by those being hurt by the Homeland Enemy: approximately 200 million conservative and liberal citizens. The revolt would be driven by moral outrage. Moral outrage comes naturally and works wonders. It created America. It can save America

Element 1 of the cure is to warn and inform. Warn citizens about the dangerous illegal consolidation of wealth-and-power that is stealthily attacking our country from the inside. Inform citizens about the patriotic solution the Law of the Land requires and legalizes.

Think of yourself as riding like Paul Revere to warn citizens about the enemy. Or as participating in a nationwide Full Red Alert about the Homeland Enemy. Encourage others to do it, too.

After all citizens are warned and informed by Element 1, then we can proceed with Elements 2, 3, and if necessary 4 (see Outline for a New American Revolution: Elements 1-4) all the way to the complete cure: a real "America" again, the "America" defined by our Constitution.

To plan and execute this nationwide revolt of good citizenship, we may need to form a National Civic-Action Congress to organize our population into a united, cooperative, effective political force -- that is, into a real "We, the People" again. This citizen congress would function like our Continental Congress during the American Revolution, this time against an enemy far worse in character than the enemy of 1776.

It is wise to begin this revolt soon. Before the Homeland Enemy, and their mass-media allies, slide America past the point-of-no-return into full-blown fascism that we and the world won't like in the least.
